我现在很困惑,不知道我的原因,还是怎么的~~~,那之后每隔两天我就发信息问一下,但是每次都石沉大海~~~,我的
亲爱的广大外贸路好友们,渴望得到大家的指导,给我这个外贸新手一些建议该怎么继续跟进,毕竟跟了这么久,有点不想放下~,在这里先谢谢大家!!!!!

这是一个在网上广交会的一个询盘,只说是需求cctv camera 500pcs
然后我就第一次回复他了:

发过了之后,隔了两天,看还没有音信,我想可能是对方比较忙,没看到,就接着跟了一封,并且把以前发给他的报价表又附在附件里:

To be frank,I think the buyer probably feel the price is high no matter what price we offer,since we are doing business,if you are really interested in these items,we could conclude a deal through our kind discussion.

发过之后,过了一周左右时间,还是没回复,真是有点想放弃了,不跟了,我在想为什么没回复呢,是虚盘吗?但还是忍着耐心的给他又发了一封。

这次看来他看到了,我给他降价,终于回复了:

我看到之后,很欣慰,这时差不多快一个月了,才恢复,也给了我信心,做外贸就要锲而不舍。
根据他的要求,我回复了他,但是没有附上新的价格表:

发过之后,我想应该他会第二天回复的,可是又没音信了,大概是一周时间,不知道为啥。我想,你不回复我就发。因此我就接着给他去了一封,找了个突破点,在价格和量上做功夫,附上量价表:

收到信之后,一时间不知道怎么回复,索性就岔开话题,回到价格和数量的问题上,回了他一封:
主要写的是他对于我给他报的量价表,有什么看法。

晕死,看来他找了几家供应商在比较呢,给我发了一些别人给他发的资料含有产品图片和价格,看来还是觉得价格高,我快疯了,这人真是~~~,无语了,我就认真看了他给我发的,发现上面的,关键信息很少,就给他回复了我的看到的情况:
主要内容就是说,上面的价格,没有说明具体配置,如果按照最差的配置,价格可以是上面广告的,如果那样,我们还可以比那些更低一些。说了理由。我就晓之以理,动之以情,回复了他:
Hello,dear
Nice day!
Did you see the last letter that i sent to you ?Did you consider well?
You could see that some items of our products are the same configeration,but the price is much lower than the advertise cameras which you sent me.
To be frankly speak,i don't care about whether i can make profit from the first deal.So, i gave you the very low price.I want you know that we are reliable supplier,what's more,and let you trust in our products,of course,for our long business relationship.
Hope you consider it seriously,and any question,pls tell me,i'll reply you as soon as possible.

我按照他说的一项一回复了他:
大至内容就是,船期费用你自己办理,或者我们帮你办理费用你方出;海关:我们以进出口公司名义。写好发了过去,就在也没收到过他的回复。

貌似没有看到客户说要下单的意思,他也没有说,像这种问问问的客户海了去了,他都没有跟你谈什么细节。只是很笼统的问了问了解了了解

cecil0628:LZ,你真有韧性。这个客人好像心不在焉的给你回复,估计是有主了,但对你也不松口。 不过,你做外贸的这种心态很值得我们大家学习! 谢谢分享

西西宝宝_2010:我觉得要么客人已经找好厂家了,要么客人没有下单的打算,只是问问。然后我觉得你每次在信中都要提到,为了表示我们诚意,我们已经给你最好的价格了,然后你后面又说可以给他优惠,这样如果我是客人,我反而觉得你不诚信。我们老板跟我说过,跟客人谈的时候时候,千万别说这已经是最好的价格了,因为对客人来说永远没有最好的价格。

看了你的表述,感觉你是一个很有毅力的人。客人可能确实需要这样的产品。
但是个人觉得你的失败之处有2个:
1.报价之后,客户没有反馈价格高的情况下,就一直自己反复强调价格是不是高了,这样你的谈判因素就是在一个价格之上,你其实完全可以叉开话题,在产品质量,付款方式,交货期等等因素上下功夫
2.客人让你报CIF的价格的时候,那你就要给他CIF的价格,你说让他自己找,或者你们帮他出,这些都等于没说一样的,另外本身就是你们自己出口,客户在国外没有自己进出口权,所以你的关注点错了

newheeklili:无需跟进
对于这种如此怠慢你邮件的客户,说明他就是不需要。一般的客户如果没有回复,你觉得还有希望的话,最好开始3天给他发一封,发一次没回复后,5天再给他发一封,要是还没回复,就7天后再给对方发一封。之后确实没回复,就隔一个月给他发一封。这样如果客户真有购买意向,他会给你回复的,而且是对于产品具体的回复,不会只关注价格的。
