1. Solved ---You accepted CIF Price that mean Cost, Insurance and Freight in your account. We just paying for you with quantity order and price we had negotiated so total amount USD 7,716. The freight fee will be change in future that is your one so we don’t pay any fee outside that total amount.------Dear glad to discuss with you here.Regarding this problem .As long as you can arange the deposit on or before 31th ,May .We can shorten the producing time from 30days to 15days . Because the sea fee valid on or before 15th ,June .In this way we can ignore all the risk talked before .
BTW the floating of the cost on see freight on FCL is much less than LCL.We never get a order less than one containerper time .for this orderwe just want to support you .
2. Solved ---We would like to change T/T payment method by L/C because we would like the Bank to warrant for our goods.With some riots atEast of the sea then we think T/T method is so dangerouse for us. Hope you understand that.----------
For you :All our staffs are sorry to your local riots in past days .This morning we consulted the related goverment department .They said now the riots had been down .There will no influence on the sea transportand the business .Your goverment is urgently to stable and restore the economic construction .They always 100%support your local business .You need not worry the safety .What is more we have buy insurance for you .You have double guarantee.
For us First the only payment term can beacceptedis 30%---50%deposit ,the balance paid before shipping after finishingproduce by TT . Thispolicy had been used for the fresh customers more than 20 years in our company.We neverand will not change for any company .

1)usually the trial order is only20 feet container ,the totalamount USDis small .Our factory is very famous cotton swabs manufacturersin global.They do not worry the qulity or any cheating .Even some Europ customers pay 100% deposit.You can try .In the past 20 years our leader team only do one thing :It is producing and selling cotton swabs .We are professinal !Our's cotton swabs had been exported to more than 100 countries .
2)We alway support youto have the chance to make money via the business with us .You need best price and the lowestcost .The available ways always be offered in time .we never sayNOto you yes ? ON my boss he had triedhis best --------In fact my boss rejected yourrequirement when you asked to reduce the price the second timesthrough there are many potential orders from you .A boss never giving up if there is any possible.
ON Vicky I had tried my best too---------To support your price I told my boss :if you can support MISA this time ,I will give up the bonus of May .So we can deal with your target price yeaterday .
