他是我第一次出单的客户，让我对外贸有了信心，对自己有了信心！但由于invoice的原因，两次出货客户都被海关罚了款，我以为这个客人永远都不会理我了，但是今天早上他和我说的话，真的让我感动了！

zyfqwe5766：这个客户是我从google上搜索来的，所以大家要相信google搜到的客户质量还是不错的！这个版块最近消极的帖子太多了，最好少看些，特别是对于新手，会影响你的士气和心情（我也是新手）！ 既然我们选择了外贸，不管是经济危机，人民币升值还是淡季，都要相信客户是永远不会死光的，还是会有许多优质的客户在等着我们！

其实我也不怎么清楚我做了什么事情，就是平时发生什么好笑的事情和他聊一聊，他去哪里玩了也和我分享下，不过还有一点他是智利的客人，和我们中国刚好差了12个小时

不敢说是赐教，讨论一下，我也想总结一下原因！我确实比较意外，也想知道为什么他能对我如此的信任！我觉得客户的性格有一方面原因，可能是因为南美洲的客人确实比较热情，还有一方面就是用心的帮他解决问题，第一单的时候因为货代在invoice上没有写运费，当我们落实了确实是因为这个原因而导致了罚款，我们公司和货代每人出一半把罚金退给他了，虽然金额不多，但确实给他留下了非常好的印象，还有就是每天我们每天交谈的时候都不是直接进入主题谈生意，而是先聊一下天，像天气，最近有什么有趣的事情，反正是聊一大圈下来，再开始谈生意，还有就是他是我外贸的第一单，所以非常重视，任何消息都会第一时间回复，无论是休息在家，还是在外面玩（手机可以收邮件和上skype），其他还有什么原因我就不得而知了，毕竟我也是新手！
