10月8号从公司的企业邮箱上收到客人的询盘，要求求购的是我们的挖掘机底盘件，以下是客人的询盘

We would like to introduce our company as import for undercarriage parts in Pakistanwe request you to please check the attachment for our inquiry and quote us prices as soon as possible with W
eight information and send us pictures if possible.
收到后整理了一份报价表加上我们的工厂相关车间图片给客人发过去，过了两天还是没有回复，之后又用雅虎邮箱给客人发了一次。客人的询盘里面有公司的电话，公司地址以及公司的网址，第一眼看上去
很高兴，觉得应该就是重点潜在客户了，但是后来查证了公司名字显示的是印度的一家公司，做的产品也不是我们的，查了下地址，找不到，公司的网站也显示暂停，之前拿到的消息可以说没什么作用
10月12日收到客人的回复

之后马上拍了张照片回复给客人

You can rest assured， we will give you the EX200-1 track roller according to your order . at the most

important thing , the quality we could guaranty .the products guaranty time is 1500 hours.if there

have something wrong about the products within 1500 hours ,( and you take a photo to us , if it is the

quality problems , we will give you the new one ,the new products will give you on the next order.

Thanks for your reply, please check the attached picture we need track rollers in this quality weight should be same 34 KG but surface should be clean as picture and color should not shine.
Please let us know can you supply us this??
客人要求产品重量不变，但是产品表妹需要更洁净一点，同事说我们产品颜色过于亮色了
10月12号接着回复客人，表明这都不是问题，我们可以解决，希望客人可以告知订单量，方便我们计算运费，潜意识也是希望打听到数量，方便后面的PI制作

客人不放心产品外观，又于当天发了一封邮件

I need Clean Plain Surface of products like my pictures which i sent you in my previous email, so please let us know can you do this in black color without shine.
10月13号再次回复客人，我们会根据客人图片生产产品，产品喷漆方面也会按照客人图片上的颜色来喷

I havedoubel check with our our boss and workshop worker . We could produce according to your photo

We will clean the rollers surface and change the painting.

Could you tell me your order?

当天下午收到客人的回复，说我们的产品价格太高，并且希望我们公司发出邀请函，希望来我们的工厂和我们洽谈

better than our original customers, it is our hot products . The products have sold to many countries, May

it could be meet your demands

For the Invitation : it is okay, I shall be pleased to offer you .But if you need offical one ,We are

very sorry, The government has a rule,:All the invitations mustbe have established cooperation with

suppliers.If not,we have difficult to Sending you the invitation from our government。pls kindly understand
这个客人会不会是骗子呢？没有和我们确定单子，而且了解过邀请函需要政府那边签发，担心客人如果没来或者过来发生什么事情，我们这个保证人很难做，求助各位路友
