1、凡本公司所生产的产品，我公司保证其质量，其售后的用户服务工作由我司负责。所有售后服务工作及责任按合同规定执行。
2、产品质量承诺：
本产品的质量及正常使用均由我公司技术人员的正确指导或遵照说明书进行。安装使用过程中因产品质量所导致的使用问题，我司均给予解决。
3、售后服务承诺：
a、产品运输:产品在运输过程中如果出现损坏等迹象,客户可拒收货物,由我公司和货运处处理,保证用户仪器完好无损(客户签收后发现产品损坏等迹象，我公司一律不负责任)。
b、 产品的调换及退回：我公司严格按产品清单供货。如数量或规格与实际不符，买方可在收到货物后3日内提出异议，我公司将等值调换或补齐。
c、产品维修:在售出后一年内均享受免费维修,免费更换零配件.
　After Sales Service Commitment
1. Our Company guarantees the quality of all the products produced in our company. Our company will be in charge of the after-sales service work. All the after-sales service work and responsibilities execute according to the contract provisions.
2. Product Quality Commitment:
The normal use of the products must conform to the instructions. If the products caused some problems due to the quality of products when install it. Our company will solve it.
3. After-sales service commitments:
a. Transport of goods: Customer can reject the goods when the products were damaged during the transportation. Our company will handle this with the forwarder. It should confirm the equipments in good condition.
b. Product exchange and return: We supply the products strictly according to the order list. If the quantity or specifications are inconsistent with the actual quantity or specifications, the buyer can take exception within 3 days after receipt of the goods. We will exchange or completion of equivalent.
c. Product Maintenance: one year warranty period .
