it gives us the greatest pleasure to write to you .
we are interested in your products of round led light pcb boards to be used in our led lighted spheres
the specifications of the boards that we need are like this :
Shape of the board : disk shaped
Leds : Ultra bright led bulbs
the diameter of the dis is 12 cm
with the led arranged in three circles
the first circle is 24 leds
the second circle is 15 leds
the third circle is 5 leds
total 44 leds
the color of the led light is yellow and orange
the input voltage is 110 volts
We would like to add into the same led disc pcb board a led light sensor that can turn the light on when it is dark and off when it senses the prsense of light light , this is to turn the lamp automatically on at night and off at the day light
Also i would like to add a simple small switch for turning this function on and off
( note ; the light sensor and the swtich could be not on the board itself , they can come come seperately and by attached to the board by small sockets )
we would like that the PCB Board comes with a good power cord and with a switch for three levels lighting of the led bulbs
the of the power cord is 120 cm
our monthly needs would be about :
5000 pieces of this pcb board with led color orange
5000 pieces of this pcb board with led color yellow
we also need another pcb board ring but a smaller size to light our small sphere
diameter of the board is 7 cm
number of led lights 26
the arrangement of the leds should be :
14 led outer circle
8 leds middle circle
4 leds inner circle
total number of leds : 26 leds
Color of led light : orange
this small board should also have a light sensor
a switch to turn the this function on and off
a switch for three levels light
and a 120 cm power cord
and 110 volts too
number of requested boards per month : 5000 to 10 000 pieces .
what we need is a good lighting circle board that can give good lighting in outside atmosphere
the light is to be distributed well on the board
the leds are of the kind that can give brightest light
the leds that can withstand long hours of work
the lights turns on automatically at night and off in the morning
the lights are to have three levels of lighting controlled by a small swtich
the best price that enables us to make a good cost for such a small garden sphere
