429344805：毕业6年，我也换了5份工作了，每份工作在辞职的时候都觉得不好，总觉得下份工作会好的，但是6年后的今天回看一下，原本留下来的同事们都已经是经理了，薪资待遇都非常好。其实问题出在我自己身上，不会游泳的人，换游泳池有什么用呢？我现在觉得做外贸最主要的不是英语能力，因为外贸用到的词汇量不多，英语过4级就足够应付了。最主要的是稳定的心态，沉淀下来，3年后一切就都顺了。正所谓，辞职穷半年，改行穷三年。

I evaluate my positon of being unstable for long, and the company, still have some oppotunities for me to earn.
So i will keep going even though it sucks at the moment.
Weather this will be a right choice or not, time will tell.

However, same to you, I think I'm unstable and now I want to resign again.I don't know what the problem is ,no matter what,review the first sentence I write. We have a lot of chance now,so we can try to challenge something different if we can't stand the current circumstance,right?

Hi Doris, individually, you are right, definately right cuz i thought in that way as you do for a long period.
But actually the soociety tells me, life is beyond yourself.
I thinkd about it for a long time and I guess the problem might be:
1. we are both perfectionists, what we pursuit might not even exist in this society, we just need to land and stop floating.
2. we are simply too young too naive, the 90s are marked that they emphasize too much on their personalities which result in many troublesome situations.
I do not know weather this is right or not, but if similar cases happen from time to time, i suppose there should be some problem of ourselves.
So I step back a little bit and listen to the voices around me, I manage myself to calm down and continue this struggle.
Maybe it's fault but I think wereally need to cool down to think about this before taking action cuz just as you said, chances are a lot!

As you mentioned, it makes you uncomfortable, while small company, like the one i am staying, can drive you crazy.

After graduation, we just found that life is hard, work is challenging, needing
our continuous learning and insist.
And currently, economic development getting slow, job market is not that good
for employees. So changing your jobs becomes normal for different environment.
But finally, you need to make a choice between stable, tough work, and challenging
work or life. Hope that you would find your own way earliest and touch your success.
Work positively. If the holiday policy of your company is really unacceptable, suggest
it to your boss and negotiate. Anyhow, you have family and friends beside the work.

I have never imagine that i have so many peers struggling as i do, cuz i merely write this post to show my depression.
Some guys suggest me to leave and the others advice me not to, i appreciate both group cuz i know both sides wanna to help me.
The difference is that the formal cares more about my personal feeling and the latter emphasize what i want to achieve, that's something in your word--making your choices.
Just a moment ago, my only colleague of international trading who owns an experience of 7 years,
decided to leave the company,putting into a more miserable place.
But since I choose to stay, i will face all these difficulties by myself.
As you said, life is tough, always tough but we have family and fellows around,
so i fully agree with you to bear the tough life, but keep positive about the result.
Back to the affair, i am a new arrival here, and the company is a family-founded one, these means i have little chance to negotiate.

But remember what Bob said, life is tough, this is something you can not change,
however, you can choose a better place to struggle and nicer guys to go through difficulties together.

1frank1：your english is very good , you can find a better job in Foreign Enterprise , do not waste time in small family company , it will kill your passion . Do not rush to look for job next time , know the company well before you join in , do not choose small company which only has less than 100 employees . Fine a job which you can speak english a lot , display your advantages .

I will take these kind of aspects into consideration next time I choose a company.
As for the present one, it is exhausting my passion right now just as you mentioned.
Low efficiency and psychological ignorance makes little progress for my work to proceed.
The reason why I rush to find a job and why I do not make up my mind to leave is that
there are voices around speaking,
"hey silence, you are just change your job too frequent" and
"You have to choose one of your oppotunnities asap, otherwise you will ended up with none of them "
And obviously, they are coming from people who concern me much,
I dont mean to blame, but these voices do impact a lot on my decision.
So the stategy for me right now is to stay till the end of this year, (also from people i respect)
and find my new start when the new year starts.
should i take this step quickly? Please advice.

There are eyes behind me looking what I am doing time and time again.
This is rather uncomfortable so i use this language advantage just to ease this situation
