之前有跟你们分享过一个秘鲁客户,货好了一直不出的。
其实原因很简单,就是没钱,如果是这样,你就不要四次五次跟我说什么时候付款吧。
说实话,真的对你失去了信任,本身这个客户接触到真正成交其实有8.9个月,就是一个小客户,接触到拿样品测试都7.8个月。
没钱的主,你说你做啥生意呢,货物堆了快2个月了,必须处理。
以下邮件是我给客户发了5.16号之前没收到尾款必须没收定金和处理货物正式通知函后,客户说再宽容下,月底一定付,undoubtedly???????
Hi ******,
We are feel disappointed with you because you told me many times, the remaining money will undoubtedly be deposited, BUT FINALLY DIDN'T.
Frankly speaking, we almost lose trust for you, which is very very important to business.
But since we already start the first business, so Angela asked factory many times to keep your goods in our warehouse until you pay the left money.
But yesterday I was blamed, because I am always consider your situation, don't care our company.
Jimmy, we have to RECEIVE all remain money BEFORE 31th May.
Otherwise the *** Handling Notification would be efficient.
Below are the cost list:
70% balance: USD*****
Warehouse cost: USD*** (from **th April-31th May, USD10 per day)
Total amount: USD***** must be receive before 31th May, 2017.
Please be noted about that.

有些没有什么实力的客户还是要擦亮眼睛,不要急于成交,多筛选客户,死磕到底。
5月已过三分之一,大家这个月的目标完成了多少呢?
