当然态度是要诚肯谦虚,把事情解释清楚了就可以了。

cherryselina:最好是言简意赅,而且不要犯一些错误在正式的书信中来(语法错误),毕竟这不是free talk, 1楼写的很辛苦,顶一下!
我的观点是:把你要表达的意思最尽可能短,但是很全面的句子来概括出来,一个劲的在强调你的错误未必客人就可以接受啊. 简洁的给客人解释来龙去脉,并再次表达你们公司对他的诚意,也许客人会读出你的那份真诚来!

我和客户就只是简单解释了一下:同事之间沟通不到位造成的,现在经理出面,这个单还是我来跟进。请相信我,相信我们的产品和服务!
我让我们经理也发了一封信。都是很简单的,但是很诚恳。
其实没必要把所有的过错的都推到自己身上。简单,诚恳,自信,让客户放心把订单交给你。
我那个单本来是没抱多少希望的,后来还是成了。
我也看过你同事的贴子,很不欣赏那样的人!

对于1楼,1楼应该表达自己的观点,有的时候要正确的表达自己的观点,保持与客户的关系!~~

jason07:我觉的现在你的客户是不太相信你们公司,应该由你们公司的业务经理给客户发封邮件来解释一下并希望能和客户建立合作关系。个人觉的以你名义的邮件不管什么写打动客户的几率很小。
